Terra Mystica Scoring: Network, Cult Tracks, Towns & VP

Terra Mystica scores many VP during play, then adds two major end-game rankings after round 6: connected structures and the four cult tracks.

Keep all VP earned during the six rounds

Round scoring, towns, faction abilities, power actions and other effects can award VP immediately. These points remain on your score track and are not recalculated at the end.

Largest connected structure network

Compare each player’s largest connected group of structures using the game’s connection rules, including shipping where relevant. Players receive the printed ranking VP for first, second and third place, with ties resolved according to the rulebook.

Cult-track rankings

Score each of the four cult tracks separately. Higher final positions earn the listed VP. Priests and faction effects that advanced you earlier therefore retain final value even if they did not directly produce resources.

Town tiles already contribute their benefits

Town tiles often give VP when taken plus another resource or advancement. Include any printed points already awarded; do not duplicate them unless the tile specifically creates an end-game effect.

Highest final VP wins

Add final network and cult scoring to the VP accumulated during play. Highest total wins, with the base-game tiebreak applied if needed.
