Boggle Strategy: Prefixes, Suffixes, Grid Scanning & Long Words
Boggle strategy is about searching the grid systematically rather than waiting for words to jump out.
Scan from each cube
Move through the grid in a repeatable order and trace several possible branches from each starting letter.
Look for word families
When you find a base word, immediately test nearby letters for plurals, verb endings and other legal extensions.
Use common letter patterns
Prefixes, suffixes and common consonant-vowel patterns reduce the amount of random searching you need to do.
Balance short and long words
Short words are fast to collect but frequently duplicate opponents. Longer words are harder to find, more likely to remain unique and score more.
