How to Play The Game of Life: Spinner, Paths, Cards & Retirement
The Game of Life F0800 sends 2–4 players from Start to Retirement through a series of board spaces, cards and milestone choices.
Start the journey
Each player takes a car and pegs, then follows the setup in the F0800 game guide. Play proceeds using the spinner to determine movement.
Spin and move
On a normal turn, spin and move your car along the path. Resolve the space you land on according to its printed instruction or card effect.
Stop spaces
Stop spaces represent major milestones. The official product description notes that players may spin for their fate or choose a path forward at these spaces.
Crossroads and choices
F0800 includes choices such as college, marriage, growing a family and retiring early. Follow the branch or instruction you choose when the board presents it.
Cards and investments
Action cards create additional events and choices. The edition also includes Invest cards and an investment tracker that can pay cash when the chosen number is spun.
Winning
Continue until the game reaches Retirement and endgame scoring. The official F0800 description states that the player with the most money wins.
