Rules overview
On a turn, play an action tile to your board, place one as a railway tile on the map, or recharge. Tiles provide paired actions such as building, developing technology and fulfilling contracts. Railways connect urban spaces so buildings can receive power. Recharging returns action tiles and generates income. Milestones and end conditions determine when the game closes.
Key decisions
Editorial analysis: The most important choice is often not which action is strongest, but whether a tile is more valuable as an action or as permanent network infrastructure. Delay recharge only when the extra tempo creates more value than the income you are postponing.
