Rules overview
On a turn, the governor chooses a role, performs that role with its privilege and then each other player may perform the same role without the privilege. Roles cover settling, building, production, trading, shipping and related administration. Plantations need matching production buildings and workers to create goods. Goods can be sold for coins or loaded onto ships for victory points. The game ends when one of several supply or city conditions is reached, followed by final scoring.
