Stores
Stores contribute points according to their street position, surrounding public-building relationships and the scoring rules attached to their goods/color.
Public buildings and city layout
Public buildings influence the value of nearby stores and can contribute to final city-rebuilding scoring.
Decrees
Each Decree card is a personal end-game scoring rule. Evaluate every Decree independently and add all qualifying points.
Portfolio and card sets
Cards retained in your Portfolio can create final set or icon scoring under the Deluxe Edition rules.
Economic and player-board progress
Add any final scoring linked to ships, treasury/economy, rubble development and printed end-game effects.
Winner
After all final categories are resolved, highest VP wins; use the official tiebreak if needed.
