Rules overview
On a turn, place one legal building tile. If it creates a new corporation, resolve founding; if it connects corporations, resolve a merger and shareholder bonuses. After tile effects are complete, the active player may buy stock under the current edition’s purchase limit, then draws a replacement tile. The game ends when an end condition is met and a player chooses to end it.

Editorial analysis: Track who actually owns a corporation, not just who appears strongest on the board. A merger can be profitable even when your smaller company disappears if your share position creates a large bonus and useful reinvestment cash.
