Ants in the Pants Guide: Rules, Launching & Strategy
Ants in the Pants
Press the tails of your plastic ants to flip them through the air and into the panda’s pants.
Hasbro F3101 is a simultaneous preschool dexterity game. Each player has four ants in one color and races to launch all four into the central pants target.
Why it matters
The current panda edition is easy to teach, but parents still search for whether players launch simultaneously, how many ants each player gets and what happens after a miss.
Game at a Glance
Four Ants
Each player uses one matching-color set.
Launch by Tail
Push the tail to flip an ant into the air.
Play Together
The flipping frenzy is simultaneous.
First All In Wins
Land all four ants in the pants first.
Rules overview
Each player takes four ants of one color. At the start, everyone launches at the same time by pressing the ants’ tails. Missed ants can be collected and launched again. The first player to get all four ants into the panda’s pants wins.
Key decisions
There is little strategic choice, but launch angle, distance from the target and consistent tail pressure determine how accurately the ants fly.
