Rules overview
On a turn, choose an unlocked technology action and resolve it, then produce resources. Research opens new technologies and gives early access to their actions. Other actions improve population and ore economies, move ships, colonize systems and pursue achievements. The game ends when enough achievements are completed, followed by final scoring.
Key decisions
Editorial analysis: Research has two values: the immediate discovery reward and the action you unlock. The strongest lines usually connect economy improvements to a technology branch that supports the same long-term plan.
