Hasbro B2176 is the classic electronic Operation format: doctor cards identify ailments, players use wired tweezers to remove them and contact with the metal edge triggers the buzzer and Sam’s red nose.

Rules overview
Players take turns drawing or following doctor-card instructions and using the tweezers to remove the matching ailment. If the tweezers touch the metal edge, the buzzer sounds and the attempt fails. Successful removals earn the associated reward. The multiplayer winner is the player with the most money after the ailments are resolved.
Key decisions
The challenge is physical rather than strategic: choose a stable angle, control the tweezers and remove each piece through the widest available path.
