For Sale Scoring & Money: Coins, Currency Cards and Winner
For Sale has no separate victory-point track. Final score is simply the wealth you still own after the selling phase.
Coins spent in phase 1 are gone
When you win an auction as the final bidder, the full bid is paid away. When you pass after bidding, you recover half your bid rounded down and lose the remainder. Unspent/recovered coins stay with you.
Currency cards are worth their printed amounts
During phase 2, each Property is exchanged for one revealed Currency card based on rank. Keep those Currency cards as final wealth.
Property numbers are not themselves points
A high Property matters because it wins a better Currency card when sold. Once played, its printed number has no direct final-value conversion.
Add leftover coins plus Currency
At game end, total all retained coins and the values of all Currency cards you won. Highest combined amount wins.
