Civolution Era & Final Scoring Explained

Civolution scores repeatedly across four eras and then adds final categories based on the civilization you developed.

Era goals

Each era presents scoring incentives that reward particular forms of development, expansion or resource use.

Changing priorities

The goal structure changes between eras, so a civilization that scores one category early may need to pivot later.

Module development

Upgraded modules contribute through stronger actions and any printed final scoring effects.

Research cards

Research can add direct or conditional end-game VP.

Map presence and population

Continents, regions, structures and population contribute where the era or final rules specify.

Final scoring

After era four, resolve all remaining civilization, card and board categories under the base rulebook.

Winner

Highest final VP total wins.
