Exploding Kittens Attack, Skip & Nope Rules

Exploding Kittens action cards often change whether you draw or how many turns someone must take.

Attack

An Attack immediately ends your turn without drawing and forces the next player to take 2 turns.

Can Attacks stack?

Yes. If the victim of an Attack plays another Attack, remaining turns transfer and 2 additional turns are added. The official field guide gives examples where this can grow to 4, 6 or more turns.

Skip under an Attack

A normal Skip ends only one of the turns you owe. If you owe two turns, one Skip does not erase both.

Nope

Nope cancels most actions as if the card beneath it never existed. It cannot cancel an Exploding Kitten or Defuse. A Nope can itself be Noped.

When can Nope be played?

Before the target action has begun, including when it is not your own turn.

Favor

Choose another player; they give you one card from their hand, but they choose which card.
