Sorry! Card Rules: What 1, 2, 7, 10, 11 & SORRY! Do
The Sorry! deck does not simply move a pawn by the number shown. Several cards have special choices or restrictions.
1
Either start one pawn from START or move one pawn forward 1 space.

Either start one pawn or move one pawn forward 2 spaces. Then draw again and take another card move if possible.
3, 5, 8 and 12
Move one pawn forward exactly 3, 5, 8 or 12 spaces.
4
Move one pawn backward 4 spaces.
7
Move one pawn forward 7 spaces or split the seven spaces between two pawns. You cannot use a 7 to start a pawn.
10
Choose either to move one pawn forward 10 spaces or move one pawn backward 1 space.
11
Move one pawn forward 11 spaces or switch one of your eligible pawns with an opponent’s pawn. The switch applies to pawns on the open track, not pawns in START, HOME or a safety zone. The rules also allow you to forfeit the move rather than make an unwanted switch when the forward move is unavailable.
SORRY!
Take one pawn from your START and place it on a space occupied by an opponent, sending that opponent pawn back to START. If you have no pawn in START or no eligible opponent pawn to replace, the move is forfeited.
