Lost Ruins of Arnak: Surprise Shipment is CGE’s final addition to the Arnak line, announced in July 2026. It is a compact content expansion rather than another map or campaign box.
What Surprise Shipment adds
- 50 new cards
- 30 Artifact cards

- 2 completely new Sites
- 1 updated/rebalanced Site
Why it is different from Twisted Paths
Twisted Paths is a map-level expansion. Surprise Shipment focuses on the shared card economy and exploration content, so it increases variety without replacing the board.
Mixing the new cards
The new Items and Artifacts enter the standard decks and increase the number of engine and tactical combinations available across normal games.
New and rebalanced Sites
Two new Sites expand exploration possibilities, while one existing Site receives an updated version intended to improve balance.
Adventure Chest compatibility
CGE specifically designed the Surprise Shipment contents to fit inside the Adventure Chest storage system.
Is this really the final Arnak expansion?
CGE previously described Twisted Paths as the final major expansion. In July 2026 it clarified that Surprise Shipment was an unexpected final addition created after finding more design space in the card system.
Who should add it?
Surprise Shipment makes the most sense for established Arnak collections that already have enough structural variety and mainly want more cards and Sites.
