Tleilaxu research
The expansion adds a research track tied to Bene Tleilax advancement. Moving through the research system creates another long-term development path alongside faction influence and normal deck growth.
Specimens
Specimens are a new resource connected to the Tleilaxu systems. They are generated and spent through expansion spaces and cards, giving players another economy to manage.
Grafting
Grafting lets certain cards be combined so their Agent effects are used together. This creates new combo possibilities and makes card sequencing more important.
Family Atomics
Family Atomics gives each player a once-per-game way to clear and replace the Imperium Row. That is particularly useful when the market has become clogged with cards no one wants.
Deck-building impact
Dire Wolf explicitly describes Immortality as emphasizing experimental deck-building strategies. It changes card-combo planning more than Rise of Ix, which has a larger board/technology emphasis.
